Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kanyawbeauty.example (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Kanyaw Beauty ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Who can shop with us

You must be at least 20 years old (the age of majority in Thailand), or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We take reasonable care to display products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; items may sell out between browsing and checkout.
• Colours may vary slightly from photos due to display settings and lighting.

3. Orders & payment

• We accept PromptPay QR and credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Omise.
• Your order is reserved once placed, and confirmed only after Omise verifies your payment. Failed or expired payments do not confirm an order.
• If your card is declined or blocked, we'll tell you on the payment page. You can try another card, pay with PromptPay, or contact your bank. Your order stays unpaid until a payment is confirmed.
• We never store your full card details on our website. Card details are sent directly to Omise; we only keep the card brand and last four digits for your records.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, on suspicion of fraud, an unverifiable payment, a pricing error, or a product that turns out to be unavailable.
• Orders placed before 2pm (Bangkok time) are dispatched the same day; you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over ฿1,500; standard shipping rates apply below that threshold and are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations.

• You can cancel an order from your order page at any time before it ships.
• If you have already paid, your cancellation is reviewed by our team and, once approved, refunded as described below.
• Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; please submit a return or refund request instead.

Refunds.

• You can request a refund from your order page within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing/unavailable.
• Every refund request is reviewed and must be approved by Kanyaw staff.
• Card payments are refunded to the original card through Omise where supported. PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account you give us.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payment problems & disputes.

• If you have a problem with a payment, contact Kanyaw support via our contact page with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it.
• For card disputes or chargebacks, we work with Omise and follow the payment provider's procedures.

6. Promotions & coupons

From time to time we may offer discount codes or promotions. These are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of the offer, are not combinable unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.

7. Reviews & user content

If you submit a product review, you confirm it reflects your genuine opinion and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We moderate reviews before they appear publicly and may decline or remove any review at our discretion. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Submit false payment information or attempt to circumvent our order verification process.
• Scrape, resell, or republish Site content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Kanyaw Beauty name and logo, photography, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our prior written consent, except as necessary to shop on the Site for personal use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kanyaw Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for our own fraud or wilful misconduct, or rights you have as a consumer under Thai consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order, with the "Last updated" date shown above.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
